Stamping Techniquesand Sealing
Stamped concrete is created by pressing molds into the surface of freshly poured concrete. Timing is critical—our team carefully monitors the setting process to ensure crisp impressions and consistent texture. We also use specialty tools and release agents to achieve a natural, authentic appearance.
After stamping, we apply a high-performance sealer that protects the surface from weather, wear, and stains. Sealing enhances the color, adds a subtle sheen, and makes maintenance easy. We recommend resealing every 2–3 years to keep your stamped concrete looking its best.
Integral and Antique Coloring
We use a combination of integral coloring and antique coloring to create rich, multi-dimensional finishes. Together, these coloring methods create a vibrant, natural-looking surface that mimics high-end materials while offering the strength and versatility of concrete.
Integral Coloring
A pigment is mixed directly into the concrete before pouring. This method colors the entire slab evenly, providing long-lasting, fade-resistant color throughout the material.
Antique Coloring
Once the concrete is stamped, a secondary color—usually a darker shade—is applied to highlight the texture and give the surface an aged, natural look. This technique brings out the fine details of the stamp pattern and adds depth and character to the finished product.
